Jessica Webb, DDS, MSD, MA, MSRT

Hey there, thanks for visiting! I’m a coach who works with fellow pediatric dentists to help you fiercely achieve your professional and personal bliss!

For the stuff that's always a bit awkward to write about yourself, but I know I'm always curious about the person behind the work! I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and I have two sisters who both have Down syndrome. I did my undergrad at San Diego State University and went to dental school at UCLA. I then completed my residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital, where I also earned an MS in Dentistry and an MA in Bioethics & Humanities.

For over a decade, I practiced in Yakima, Washington, at Children’s Village, an interdisciplinary clinic for kids with developmental disabilities, and served as the Associate Program Director for the pediatric dental residency. I now practice at Tacoma Pediatric Dentistry. I was the co-editor of Dental Care for Children with Special Needs and have served on several AAPD committees. Along the way, I also picked up an MS in Recreational Therapy from Indiana University and became a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.

I trained in Professional Coaching through UC Davis and am an ACC certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. I am grateful and honored to bring the resource of professional coaching to pediatric dentists, supporting them in cultivating personal and professional lives that are aligned, intentional, and fulfilled. It is a privilege to walk along side colleagues, navigating challenges together and celebrating successes.

On a personal note, I love reading, cooking, swimming, fall, school supplies, coffee, Star Wars, Christmas, Harry Potter, the Pacific Northwest, fostering community in pediatric dentistry, introverting at home, sparkling water, and spending time with my wonderful husband.

I’d love to connect, so send me a message and let’s chat!
